Monier Roofing has unveiled its Urban Shingle, the latest innovation in roofing materials.

The roof covers 30% of the home’s external façade so choosing the right material is vitally important.

Urban Shingle is a contemporary style that delivers a flat and seamless terracotta roof tile, available in five colours, and reaching a lower-pitch of 18 degrees with sarking.

The tile features a unique rolled nose suited for the Hamptons home trend or emerging mid-century modern design.

The terracotta tile can positively affect the value and beauty of your home, unlocking your roof’s full potential.
