Feed4ward app released to protect tradies

The Feed4ward app has been released, reversing the normal review strategy for businesses.

Commonly, teams and businesses are put on the line following a job falling through due to chaotic clients, poor communication, high expectations or dishonesty. Made by tradies for tradies, Feed4ward is a secure, verified network of business owners whose users review customers, helping others avoid disastrous gigs and allowing them to stay ahead.

Feed4ward works with the user downloading the app, creating an account and verifying their business (to access and share reviews, all members must verify their identity and business through the app’s secure process). Searching for reviews by name and location for any potential red flags, findings can be used to sidestep the wrong jobs and even get in touch with the reviewer for the full scoop.

In addition, a five-star system to rate clients on organisation, communication, reliability and payment can also be used.

Feed4ward aims to maintain community integrity by ensuring reliable information and protecting teams and businesses.
