Standards Australia has launched a mobile app to help industries prioritise safety at an accessible price point as cost-of-living pressures continue to affect the broader economy.

Designed with user feedback from tradespeople, technicians and workers who want the ability to view standards in real-time via their mobile phones, the mobile app aims to be an intuitive tool for looking up Australian Standards anywhere, with the ability for users to access publications offline when working on-site or in remote areas.

Single users will be able to subscribe to curated content sets of commonly referenced publications for different industries across the Australian Standards catalogue, which can then be accessed via the mobile app.
