Milwaukee unveils next-gen heated gear

Milwaukee Tools has unveiled its next-generation M12 Heated Gear, powered by HEXON Heat Technology.

The gear features a redesigned, technologically advanced power source delivering smarter warmth, enhanced comfort and all-day performance across every winter pursuit.

“We recognised common frustrations around inconsistent heat and comfort. HEXON Heat Technology addresses those gaps, enhancing warmth, durability and control, no matter where or how you wear it,” Milwaukee Tools senior product manager Chris Parker says.

The latest range of TOUGHSHELL and AXIS jackets and vests is built to adapt to any condition. The system reaches peak heat in under two minutes and delivers up to 40 times more heat coverage than previous models.

With custom heater placement and high-durability fabrics, these garments stay warmer for longer as temperatures continue to drop.

TOUGHSHELL jackets feature three times more insulation than previous models, bonded fabric, triple-stitched seams, and wind- and water-resistant materials. The light AXIS range, available in men’s and women’s fits, offers twice the insulation and ripstop fabrics for enhanced mobility and durability on the move.

Powering the gear is Milwaukee’s new internal rechargeable heated gear power supply (3.0Ah), a compact dual-function unit that provides 15W USB-C charging for both heated garments and personal devices. This ensures utility without added bulk

For full control, users can pair gear and power supply with app control to customise heat zones, adjust warmth across ten levels and save preferences. With up to 12 hours of runtime on low and three hours on high, the next-gen power solution keeps users warm, productive, comfortable and ready to tackle the day.
