Mirka has introduced the new Professional Dust-free Sanding Kit that has been specially designed for sanding by hand.

It features a lightweight ergonomic hand block that enables excellent control and grip for filler sanding, paint removal and preparation of surfaces prior to painting, as well as interchangeable plates. This makes it easy to sand on tricky angels and concave, convex or flat surfaces using one tool.

The kit includes a hand sanding block and a 20mm x 4m long dust extraction hose with a universal fitting to suit most sizes of bagged vacuum systems.

It also includes six of Mirka’s unique Abranet sanding strips in four different grits. The open weave net structure of Abranet means dust particles are never more than 0.5mm away from a dust extraction hole, providing excellent dust-extraction when hooked up to a bagged vacuum.
