The VC500 Controller features tools to measure pipe diameter, bends, cracks, obstructions, flow levels, lateral dimensions, angles and inclinations.

The device also includes a drag-and-drop interface with can make overlaying videos with inspection data, system status and images.

Other VC500 specs include a navigation bar featuring a home button and menu, a swipe-friendly interface, a help button and customisable joystick positioning.

The touchscreen interface operates functions including lighting, camera features, macros, reel settings and safety.

The VC500 includes customisable indicators to keep users updated on details such as distance measurements and status displays.

Offering custom video overlays, users can personalise inspection videos by adding logos, client details, inspection data and crawler parameters directly to video.

This feature also allows users to customise text colour, background, positioning and transparency to match their own branding.

The VC500 is designed to be compatible with all existing ROVION systems, and each new ROVION system comes equipped with the VC500.
