Modulate introduces Modulate Express container-based buildings

Modulate has introduced the Modulate Express, its latest standardised range of rugged, portable, container-based buildings.

The range includes six and 12m container-based buildings that are fabricated to the same stringent standards as Modulate’s fully customised units, with a design life of 25 years under heavy-duty use.

Engineered to withstand harsh environments, including marine, desert, outback and remote tropical locations, the new Express models combine cost-efficiency with durability and compliance.

“We created the Express range in response to strong demand from industries with rapidly changing needs,” Modulate general manager Jack Adams says.

“These industries move fast, and they can’t afford downtime waiting on delayed site buildings.”

The Express range is constructed entirely in-house at Modulate’s 20,000m² production facility in Mayfield, Newcastle. The range benefits from end-to-end control over fabrication, fit-out and quality assurance. The vertically integrated model ensures consistent delivery schedules and strict adherence to safety and compliance standards.

The High-Cube container designs are cyclone-rated and engineered for transportability and fast on-site deployment. Each building is delivered fully assembled and ready to use.

“All Modulate buildings are prefabricated and pre-finished at our facility,” Jack says.

Standard Express Office inclusions are paint, PA door, window, insulation, climate control, flooring, lighting and electrical.

The Express range is aimed at industries where speed of deployment and site mobility are essential, whether it be a mining camp expansion, a temporary lunchroom or an additional site office space.
