Innova releases white paper on fibre cement facades

Innova has released a white paper titled Aligning Residential Aesthetics & Compliance with Fibre Cement Cladding Solutions, examining how fibre cement can support contemporary residential design without compromising performance or constructability.

The paper explores how modern fibre cement cladding systems offer design flexibility across a broad range of residential styles, while delivering durability, low maintenance and compliance with current building standards. It considers the material’s application across Federation, Hamptons, Coastal and Modern homes, highlighting how fibre cement can achieve authentic architectural outcomes while addressing long-term performance requirements.

With Australia’s housing shortfall reshaping construction priorities, the white paper positions fibre cement as a practical alternative to conventional materials, particularly in projects where speed of construction, consistency of supply and regulatory certainty are critical.
