NSW Best Craftsman winner

CSR Gyprock has celebrated the work of serious Gyprockers with the 2018 Gyprockers Choice Awards. In its inaugural year, the awards program aims to give members across Australia the chance to share projects they’ve been part of, along with recognising the great work of their industry peers.

“We launched the 2018 Gyprockers Choice Awards to celebrate the industry, quality craftsmanship and the pride that plasterers take in their work,” says CSR Lightweight Systems general manager of marketing Troy Green.

“We saw this as an opportunity to give back to our loyal customers and showcase different ways Gyprock products can be used.”

Six regions across the country including Victoria, NSW, ACT, Queensland, WA, SA, NT and Tasmania were issued awards – ‘Best Craftsman, ‘Best Use of Decorative Plaster Products’ and ‘Most Unique use of Plasterboard’.

Entrants submitted their projects via the Gyprock website, which was then open to public voting.

There were 100+ entries nationally and more than 5,000 votes across five regions and categories.

Each winner received a $500 voucher to spend at a Gyprock Trade or Gyprock Specialist Distributor Store, $500 cash and a merchandise pack valued at over $800.
