Stabila expands laser portfolio

Stabila is expanding its laser portfolio with the LAR 300 rotation laser, a German-made, long-range device for horizontal leveling. Built for the construction site, the laser comes with the Stabila protector system with reinforced housing.

It’s fully-automatic, motor-controlled laser has near pinpoint accuracy of +/- 0.1mm and range of +/- 5° in distances up to 800m. Deviations to the reference point are displayed instantly on the display which lets users correct fast and easily.

A self-levelling function makes the LAR 300 ready to go in just 10 seconds. Integrated LEDs indicate when the laser is outside of the leveling range and flashing LEDs alert users to vibrations.

“Rotation lasers are essential in the civil engineering and pipeline construction sectors as well as when it comes to levelling construction sites,” Stabila managing director Kathy Jack says.

“In concrete engineering, they help to create formwork and foundations and provide assistance to bricklayers, joiners, landscapers and carpenters in a whole range of ways. The new LAR 300 can meet the demands of every work situation.”

The LAR 300 is operated by either long-life batteries or an optional Li-ion rechargeable battery.
