Autodesk has announced the international expansion of BuildingConnected into Australia and New Zealand.

BuildingConnected is a construction solution that encompasses the Autodesk Construction Cloud builders network, a crowd-sourced network of construction professionals. It helps building professionals streamline and the process and ensures the right team is in place before breaking ground.

Owners and general contractors use BuildingConnected to discover trade partners and discover the right subcontractor for the job as well as soliciting and comparing tenders in the one central location.

Autodesk Construction Solutions managing director, APAC operations Tomy Praveen (pictured) says BuildingConnected will better connect the industry and be a better use of businesses’ time: “BuildingConnected will enable construction businesses in Australia and New Zealand operating in single or multiple states and locations to discover and engage with leading subcontractors. With this connected network, they will be able to benchmark pricing and better deliver projects on time and to budget.”
